Boiling water dough. Unusual meat lunch for the whole family.

Today I am preparing a wonderful hearty dinner for the whole family. Juicy large dumplings with a crispy appetizing crust. The recipe is very simple!

First, I will prepare the dough, the dough will be in boiling water. This is one of my favorite recipes. The dough turns out to be very tender, elastic, easy to work with.

I add 1/2 or 1 teaspoon of salt to 200 grams of flour. I stir.

I pour in 100 ml of boiling water and quickly knead the dough with a spatula.

I add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Once again, stir briefly with a spatula. As soon as the dough cools down a little, I knead it with my hands.

As soon as the dough in the bowl is collected, I move to the table. I knead with my hands for 5 minutes. The dough is soft and very easy to knead.

I will put the dough in a bag for twenty minutes.

For now, I'll do the stuffing. For the filling, I need minced meat, I have 400 grams of minced chicken thighs. I add the onion cut into quarters. Salt. I remember the onion a little with my hand, the onion will give juice and become softer. I add black ground pepper.

For juiciness and taste, I will add Chinese cabbage. I cut out the hard part.

In total I have 6 leaves, I cut them thinly. I send the chopped cabbage to the minced meat and mix thoroughly.

Lightly sprinkle the table and dough with flour. I roll out a thin layer. I cut out round blanks with suitable utensils (diameter about 11 cm).

I fill the dough with filling, there should be a lot of filling :)

And I pinch the dough from all sides.

Pour some vegetable oil into a preheated frying pan. I spread the dumplings with the seam down. With a brush I lightly grease the sides between the pies so that they do not stick together.

Fry over medium heat until golden brown. As they turn red, I turn it over.

I fill it with hot water until about the middle of the height of the pies. Cover and cook for 20 minutes, heat slightly below medium.

During this time, the water should evaporate. I take off the lid and keep it on fire for a few more minutes, so that a ruddy crust also forms below.

Everything is ready, you can serve it to the table!
