I'll start with a very simple and quick salad for every day.

I take 4 Chinese cabbage leaves and cut out the hard part. I won't send it to the salad, I'll eat it like this :)

I cut the lettuce leaves.

I drained the liquid from a can of canned pink salmon, chop the pink salmon with a fork.

I add to the salad.

I cut a fresh cucumber into small cubes.

I cut three boiled eggs.

I cut ten olives into rings.

I add half a small onion, I cut it into quarters thinly.

Salt, add freshly ground pepper, season with 1 tablespoon of homemade mayonnaise. I stir it and you can serve it to the table. Delicious, light and at the same time hearty salad is ready!

Ingredients:

Salad with canned pink salmon:

  • 1 b. canned pink salmon
  • 3-4 sheets of Beijing salad
  • 2 fresh cucumbers
  • 3 eggs
  • 10-12 olives
  • 0.5 onions
  • 1-2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • salt pepper

I'll make a second quick salad.

I take canned mushrooms in my own juice. So they are a little tasteless, but I was advised to fry them in the comments, now I do just that.

Pour some vegetable oil into a preheated frying pan and fry the mushrooms for 1-2 minutes.

I cut a large pickled cucumber into small cubes and send it to 1 jar of canned beans.

I chop three hard-boiled eggs.

The mushrooms have just cooled down. I add them to the common bowl.

Be sure to add greens, I have parsley and cilantro.

For the dressing, I will need 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Salt and pepper and add 1 clove of garlic squeezed through a press. I mix thoroughly and the salad can be served! As a pleasant addition, the salad can be sprinkled with toasted croutons.

Ingredients:

Bean and Mushroom Salad:

  • 1 b. canned. beans
  • 1 b. canned. champignons
  • 2-3 pickled cucumbers
  • 3 eggs
  • a bunch of parsley (or half with cilantro)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • salt pepper
  • 3 slices of bread - for croutons

And one more, third quick salad.

I rub raw carrots on a coarse grater.

I rub 2 boiled eggs here.

I rub half a sour apple. The apple is pre-peeled.

I squeeze out 1 clove of garlic through a press. I fill with 1 tablespoon of sour cream and 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise.

I add some salt and mix everything thoroughly. I spread the salad in a slice on a plate. Rub the cheese on top on a fine grater.

  • 2 large carrots (or 4-5 small ones)
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.5-1 sour apple
  • 100 gr cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • salt
