Delicious healthy salad, you can make dressings to your taste. In the recipe, I will tell you two types of cooking, more harmful and more useful.
Ingredients: Turkey or chicken fillet, lettuce, Bulgarian pepper, Zucchini, Eggplant, Carrot, Cherry, Olive oil, Vinegar or balsamic sauce, Soy sauce, Sesame
Cooking method:
Boil the turkey and cut into long pieces, you can then lightly fry or chop and fry immediately.
We also cut the vegetables into strips. There are 3 options here: 1. Bake in the oven, drizzling with olive oil, with a little soy sauce and sesame seeds 2. Fry for 5 minutes, stirring, adding soy sauce and sesame seeds at the end. If there is a sauce, then decorate when serving. 3. At first, I lightly fried the vegetables over high heat and sent them to bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180 °, sprinkled with sesame seeds. Adding soy and balsamic sauce is of course optional. You can add balsamic when cooking meat.
Cherry cut into halves and lightly fry separately. I added some balsamic sauce to them.
Allow the vegetables and turkey to cool slightly, put all the ingredients on a lettuce leaf. Drizzle lightly with olive oil. It will be beautiful and tasty if you decorate with balsamic sauce. Then do not forget, adding vinegar during cooking may be superfluous.
