Today I will cook an unusual, original hot dish. Very tasty, tender and juicy. Preparing is very, very simple!
Prepare a chicken fillet, I have one large chicken breast.
I remove the tenderloin, I will bake it too. I cut the large fillet in half lengthwise.
I will prepare one of my favorite marinades, kefir marinade. Kefir very cool softens the chicken breast, makes it tender, just melting.
Pour 200 ml of kefir into a bowl.
Immediately add salt and 2-3 garlic cloves squeezed through a press.
I add 1 tablespoon with a large top of mustard. You can just take hot mustard, I have mustard immediately with horseradish. I mix everything well. I don't add any more spices.
I transfer the chicken breast to the marinade.
I cover it with a lid and send it to the refrigerator to marinate for 2-3 hours, preferably overnight. If time is short, then you can leave to marinate at room temperature for 1 hour.
I send walnuts to the blender bowl.
Add some parsley and chop it. It is better that the crumb is not very small.
I add sesame seeds to the nut crumbs. I mix well.
Roll the marinated chicken breast on all sides in a nut breading.
Transfer the breast to a baking dish. I pre-covered the form with parchment paper.
I send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. I have a convection oven. It is very important not to overexpose the breast so that it remains juicy and tender.
It turns out a very tasty dish! And not only hot, but also cold. Original, tender and juicy!
