I love Easter. On this day, Christ was resurrected, and fills the hearts of people with joy, mercy and love. People greet each other with the words "Christ is Risen", present them with Easter eggs, invite them to the table, and treat them with Easter cakes and Easter traditionally.

Traditional Easter is unconventional. Easter with dried apricots, raisins and nuts

I cook traditional Easter not quite traditionally. I bring to your attention an unconventional, but very tasty Easter recipe.

Easter with dried apricots, raisins and nuts

For 1 kg of pureed cottage cheese you will need:

  • 150 gr. butter
  • 1 tbsp. l. Sahara
  • 2 boiled yolks
  • 1 glass of sour cream
  • 6-7 pcs. dried apricots and nuts
  • 0.5 glass of raisins
  • lemon zest (to taste)
  • gelatin
  • vanillin

Preparation

1. We take 20 gr. gelatin and dilute in a small amount of cold boiled water. Leave to swell in a warm place. A microwave is perfect.

2. Grind butter and sugar in a cup, add a handful of chopped nuts, finely chopped dried apricots, washed and dried raisins, boiled egg yolks.

3. Wipe the curd with a sieve or grind it with a mixer, add vanillin, grated lemon zest and a glass of fresh sour cream.

4. Heat the swollen gelatin over low heat until dissolved and add it to the curd mass, stir.

5. We spread the curd mass into a mold, cover and put oppression on top. Leave in the refrigerator for 6 hours.

6. Before serving, you should hold the Easter cake in a little hot water, turn it over and put it on a dish.

This Easter will not only decorate the Easter table, but also become a sweet and delicious treat.

Bon Appetit!
