Both a snack and a festive edible decor! Tastier than chips!

All you need is Chinese cabbage, salt, pepper and a little oil.

I remove the leaves from the cabbage. I cut out the thick part.

How I do this can be clearly seen in the video below. There is also our favorite snack - sausages, which my son calls "Magic Sticks". Look - you will like it))

I put the prepared leaves in a bowl.

I add salt, black pepper and some oil. I use olive, but any vegetable will work.

I mix well so that the salt and spices are well distributed.

I spread the prepared cabbage leaves on the dehydrator mesh.

Any vegetable dryer will work here! If there is no dryer, you can cook such chips in the oven (if, of course, you can set a low temperature in the oven)

I dry cabbage at 60 degrees for about 6 hours (I periodically check for readiness). This is the mode for the dryer (dehydrator)

If cooked in the oven, then 75-80 degrees. It's better to open the door ajar (I put a regular spoon).

But in the oven, of course, it comes out more expensive, and for some reason the chips do not crunch so much. Therefore, it is still better to use a special dryer for vegetables and fruits.

The most inexpensive - for one or two thousand is fine. For electricity, it turns out not at all costly.

This is delicious! And very unusual!

Even my 5 year old son loves these chips! This despite the fact that he does not eat any cabbage.

And it's not just a snack! I decorate dishes on the festive table with such beautiful edible leaves.

Try to cook. I recommend to everyone))

I also tried to cook from ordinary cabbage - it worked. But not so little. And it took me 12 hours in time.
