Juicy, satisfying and delicious. The taste is vaguely reminiscent of pasties. Such a recipe appeared in my family quite recently, but it immediately became one of my favorites.

COOKING METHOD
First, prepare pancakes in a bowl, break 3 eggs, add half a tsp. salt, 1.5 tbsp. sugar, mix with a whisk. Now pour in about half of the milk 250 ml and mix. Add the sifted flour, stir so that there are no lumps and pour in the remaining milk 250 ml.
Pour in 30 ml of vegetable oil and Now be sure to let the dough stand for about 10-15 minutes on the table, so that gluten develops in the flour and the pancakes are elastic and do not break during frying.
15 minutes passed. We take the pan well, grease it with vegetable oil, pour in a little dough with a ladle, distribute evenly and fry on both sides until tender.
From this amount, I get 14 pancakes.
Let's prepare the filling. Chop the onion with a blender. Put 500 grams of minced meat in a bowl, I have mixed any, add onions, half a tsp. salt, black pepper to taste, pour in about 50 ml of water. And mix everything well.
Cut the pancakes into 2 parts. We take one half, put the minced meat on one half, about 1 tablespoon, and distribute. Bend the side with the minced meat to the center and continue to wrap, you should get such a triangle.
We do the same with the rest of the pancakes. Now roll each triangle in flour.
Break 4 eggs into a bowl, add a little salt and mix. Pour some vegetable oil into the pan, heat the pancake triangle, lower it into the egg and then put it in the pan. Fry the triangles on both sides until golden brown over medium heat.
Now put on a baking sheet, pour in 50 ml of water, cover with foil and put in the oven to steam until tender at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Or You can steam it in a skillet, covered, for about 10 minutes.
