Today I cook delicious, soft, aromatic pies on curd dough. Simple and fast!

Directly frozen pitted cherries 200 g are thrown into a ladle. Cherries can be substituted for any berry found in the freezer.

I add 1 tablespoon of sugar.

Over medium heat, stirring occasionally, defrost the berries.

I dilute 1 teaspoon with the top of starch with 1-2 tablespoons of water so that there are no lumps. I pour it into the cherry.

A couple of minutes on the fire, and the juice will thicken. I take it off the fire and cool it down.

For the apple filling, cut into 2 small apples.

I heat the pan well and add a piece of butter.

I send apples to be fried. I will fry on high heat for literally 2-3 minutes, so that the apples on one side become softer, on the other, they retain their shape.

I add sugar and a little cinnamon to taste. A moment on fire, and you can shoot.

While the filling is cooling, prepare the dough. The dough will be curd, very tasty, light. Prepares in minutes and is suitable for all fillings.

I add 2 eggs, a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons of sugar to a pack of cottage cheese 180 gr. I mix everything well with a whisk.

I add 1 teaspoon of baking powder to 220 grams of flour. The baking powder can be replaced with 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.

Mix and add to a common bowl. I knead the dough. I kneaded a little and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. I continue to knead the dough.

You should get a soft, pleasant dough, slightly sticking to your hands. You don't need to knead for a long time, as soon as all the ingredients are combined, that's enough. The dough can be used immediately, no waiting.

Sprinkle the table and dough with flour and roll out.

With a ring with a diameter of 8 cm, I cut out circles.

I make cross-shaped cuts in half of the blanks. I spread the filling on the rest of the blanks.

Cover the top with the cut part and press it in a circle with a fork so that the dough is held together.

I grease the form with butter and transfer the pies to the form. Lubricate with a beaten egg and send to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for about 15 minutes. I have a convection oven.
