Dear friends! I am making a wonderful breakfast today. Very tasty and simple cakes in a pan. You can make absolutely any additives to your taste. Today I have cakes with cheese and herbs!

I had frozen cauliflower. Slightly thawed and rubbed it on a coarse grater.

I send the grated cauliflower into a large bowl.

I add two eggs.

I rub 80 grams of cheese on a fine grater.

I add chopped fresh herbs, I have green onions. Salt.

I add a little dry garlic.

And add 2 tablespoons of flour. I mix everything well.

Optionally, you can add sausage, boiled chicken, whoever has what.

I warm up the frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. I spread about 3 tablespoons of dough, spread out with a spoon. Fry over medium heat until golden brown.

Turn over and fry on the other side.

A delicious breakfast or snack is ready!
