Today I cook simple, but interesting and unusual hot sandwiches. I will make two options. One is not sweet with cheese, the other is sweet with cottage cheese.
I drive 1 egg into two bowls.
Add salt to the left bowl.
Add some powdered sugar to the right bowl.
I add 1 teaspoon of milk to each bowl.
Shake the contents of the bowls with a fork.
In order not to confuse the bowls during the cooking process, I will throw a zest into the sweet ingredients.
I add a little powdered sugar to 100 grams of cottage cheese.
I add the washed raisins, mix thoroughly with a fork.
I cut the cheese, literally a few pieces.
I cut off the edges of toasted bran bread.
I roll out the bread with a rolling pin.
I put a piece of cheese on the rolled bread and fold it in half.
I spread the curd filling on the other bread and fold it in half again, so that the filling is inside.
She put the frying pan to warm up. I add some vegetable oil.
Roll a pie with cheese in a salted egg filling and send it to the pan. I do the same with cottage cheese pies, but roll in a sweet egg filling.
Fry on both sides over medium heat until golden brown. The lid does not need to be covered.
The sandwich pies are ready, everything is very quick and easy! It can be served for breakfast, or you can take it with you for a snack. Bon Appetit!
