Pampushki on boiling water in cheese and egg filling for breakfast

Admin

Today I am preparing wonderful ruddy donuts for breakfast. Soft, aromatic and very, very tasty :)

I add 1 teaspoon of sugar to 120 ml of warm milk.

I add 10 grams of fast-acting yeast. Stir and set aside for 7 minutes.

I add 1 teaspoon of salt to 400 grams of flour. I stir with a spatula.

I pour in 120 ml of boiling water, thereby I kind of brew flour. Mix quickly with a spatula.

In the meantime, the yeast has risen with a "cap". I pour them into flour.

Kneading the dough, it is already quite possible to knead with your hands. Mix a little and add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. I continue to knead the dough with my hands.

When the dough has gathered in a single ball, I go to the table. I knead the dough for about five minutes. The dough turns out to be plastic, completely non-sticky to the hands.

The dough does not need to rise (as usual), but can be immediately cut into buns. I divide the dough into 8 parts, roll each part, make a neat ball.

I put the future buns on a baking sheet, I pre-covered the baking sheet with baking paper. I grease each bun with vegetable oil so that the dough does not wind up.

And now I put the baking sheet in the oven for 30 minutes with the backlight on, so that the buns rise. Then I turn on the oven at 180 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Then I will cover the buns with a towel, and in the meantime I will prepare the filling.

I rub the melted cheese on a coarse grater, pour in 70 ml of hot milk. Punch a little with a blender to get a sauce.

Cheese and milk can be replaced with melted cheese in a jar, it is more liquid.

I add 2 eggs to the sauce and mix with a whisk. Salt if desired.

I'll add some oregano for flavor.

I cut the buns like this. In this case, the bottom of the bun should remain intact.

I dip each bun into a cheese and egg filling, helping to fill the cuts with a spoon.

I send the buns to the oven for 10-15 minutes.

Very fragrant, soft donuts, try to cook! :)
