I'm making a delicious, easy-to-prepare tea treat for the whole family.
I drive 4 eggs into a bowl and add a pinch of salt.
I pour in 80 grams of sugar.
Beat with a mixer at high speed, until the mass increases by about 2 times.
I pour in 150 grams of flour and stir with a whisk so that there are no lumps.
I add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
I pour in 80 ml of milk and mix with a whisk.
I cut the apples into quarters and cut the cores.
I cut the quarters into thin slices, about 5 mm thick.
I will immediately send the sliced apples to the batter, so they will not darken.
Pour some vegetable oil into a preheated frying pan.
I put the apples in the pan. I fry on low heat until golden brown. I turn it over as soon as they get gilded. I take off the finished dessert on a paper towel.
It remains to make the final touch, pour all this caramel. Pour sugar into a small saucepan. I add 1-2 tablespoons of water and 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds.
stir and put on fire. I'm waiting for the sugar to boil and begin to change color. Only then do I begin to gently stir the syrup with a spatula.
When the caramel becomes a beautiful amber color, you can remove the saucepan from the heat.
It remains to pour caramel over the apple slices. Let the caramel cool slightly and can be served.
The result is a wonderful combination of slightly sour soft apple wedge and crispy sweet caramel. Try to cook!
