My name is Anya and almost 2 years ago (in May 2018) I started my path of conscious, balanced and slow weight loss. After a series of unsuccessful diets (unsuccessful - because she lost weight, and the weight returned again). Initially, my weight was 132 kg with a height of 172 cm. To date, I have managed to lose 60 kg. And all thanks to the calorie deficit and about PP, as well as the understanding that it is always necessary to control nutrition if I want to be slim and beautiful.
I often read comments about the fact that proper nutrition is very expensive. That you need a lot of money to lose weight, because the diet should be varied and balanced.
Have you considered how much a sweet life costs you? And you count.
Chocolates, pies, buns, pastries, ice cream, cakes, sweets (which generally evaporate imperceptibly). And also yoghurts - I'll take tastier, that one with sweet additives (they are healthy (no)). And these muesli, they are fitness.
And meeting with friends in a cafe over coffee with dessert, or maybe not only with it?
And if you consider that the sugar, which is contained in all of the above products, provokes an appetite and the hike begins for another piece and another and not only sweet, but everything in a row?
So where will you spend more money? Considering that when losing weight on a calorie deficit, for example, I allow myself both avocados and red fish, but obviously not in those quantities in which sweets would leave the table with uncontrolled eating.
I'm not even talking about sausage, semi-finished meat products such as brisket, boiled pork. Are we indulging?
Diet is expensive, shall we eat? But no, the sweet life is more expensive.
Everything is relative. Some products are replaced by others, and not always by more expensive ones. At the same time, the number of products is reduced.
And most importantly, there is nothing more expensive than health, which takes away excess weight.
Loving yourself, not being lazy and removing stereotypes is really hard. But probably.
The main mistake of those losing weight is that they stop eating for the sake of the result, and having achieved it, they return to the previous diet. If the diet does not break at the beginning of the path from hunger.
Only 15% of the calorie deficit from the norm you need and you slowly but surely and once and for all lose weight.
I'll go to the menu.
Breakfast - rolls of lavash (50 g) with 9% cottage cheese (100 g) and semi-hard low-fat cheese (up to 45%, 30 g).
Breakfast turned out to be 410 kcal.
I drink green tea at breakfast.
Rolls are a variation of the recipe for pita roll with cottage cheese and cheese, just a quick option.
I mixed cottage cheese with grated cheese, added dry garlic and basil, mixed well. I cut the lavash into rectangles. I put the filling on each piece of pita bread, rolled it into a tube and fried it in a dry frying pan until it was crispy. That's all - a delicious and hearty breakfast is ready!
I had a snack while working at the computer.
For a snack I came up with just such a snack.
Mash 35 g of avocado with a fork, finely chop 50 g of salted chum and mix with avocado. I cut a cucumber into rings, put a fish with an avocado on it and stuck a thin (10 g) rye loaf into each broken rye loaf.
It turned out to be a snack for 235 kcal
After a snack, I drank green tea. I can't live without it, I constantly drink a little at work.
Yesterday I cooked fish soup and now for a couple of days you can just warm it up for lunch.
Lunch - a plate of fish soup (450 kcal) and rye bread (10 g).
Happened 260 kcal.
After lunch, I drank tea and measured out 35 g of dried cranberries, which I then ate with tea until the evening - 110 kcal.
And my supper was also prepared for several days, it was only necessary to come up with a side dish for the breast under yogurt and cheese. I'm tired of salads in the evening. The family boiled potatoes, decided to put a couple of potatoes for themselves.
Dinner - chicken breast with sour milk with a cheese crust (150 g), 100 g of potatoes and some vegetables (tomato, cucumber - only 100 g).
It turned out to be a dinner for 355 kcal.
In total, 1370 kcal came out in a day.
I drank my water intake. I did a little work - plank, swing, squat. Mostly to warm up after the computer.
I also forgot to tell you about the control weighing. After celebrating March 8, the weight stuck at one digit and does not go away. no wonder I said that after the holidays you have to weigh yourself in 2 weeks. So that is another week and we will compare the result before March 8 and after it. Ready? There is a week left to get back to normal, get rid of the lingering fluid and, possibly, get a plumb line.

In the first case, I don’t know which is better - a stomach like a trash can or a head (excuse me). Gourmet dishes with their combination and ingredients, apparently, will seem to the author in general as a dump in Timokhovo.
And in the second case - a clear example of how stereotypes affect people, plus not understanding the difference between diets and calorie deficits. And again, forgive me, but here it begs (let me be angry for someone) - with such convictions against cheese, carrots, etc. why such an avatar? There, obviously, a person does not weigh 70 kg or even 90. But because, within the framework of stereotypes, they don't want to break out and try what really helps and they are lazy. Better on the Internet to talk sagely about what he himself did not succeed in.
