Today I have a recipe for easy-to-make, but very tasty potato patties. Thin crispy crust and great filling inside!
I set the potatoes to boil until cooked and while I am busy with the filling.
I rub three boiled eggs on a fine grater.
I rub 100 grams of cheese here, I took the Suluguni cheese, but absolutely any will do.
I add herbs: I have parsley, dill and onions.
I add 80 grams of softened butter.
I mix everything well. If the cheese is not very salty, then it is better to add salt.
The potatoes are just boiled, I knead them with a mashed potato. If the potatoes were not salted during cooking, then salt them. I'll add some oregano for flavor.
I wait a little for the potatoes to cool down and add 1 yolk. I stir.
I add 3 tablespoons topped with flour. I mix well.
You will end up with a sticky potato dough, but that doesn't matter to us. We will use flour to shape the pies.
For convenience, I roll balls from the filling. I take a tablespoon of potato dough on top and form a small cake. I put the filling in the middle and gently close the pie.
It remains to flatten the potato balls with the filling. I dip my hand in flour and press it gently.
I warm up the frying pan, pour in the vegetable oil and fry the patties-cutlets over medium heat until golden brown.
As they turn brown on one side - I turn it over!
I put the finished cutlets on a paper towel and can be served! It's delicious, try it!
