I cut one medium onion into cubes.
I send onions to fry in a frying pan.
I rub the carrots on a coarse grater.
When the onion is lightly fried, add the carrots to it. While the onions and carrots are fried, I will prepare the cabbage. I took Chinese cabbage, but you can also take white cabbage. Then you will first need to boil the cabbage.
I cut off the coarse part of the leaves of Chinese cabbage.
I cut these parts into small pieces and send them to the filling. After heat treatment, the cabbage pieces will become tender.
I fry together for 3 minutes.
I'm sending minced meat to the vegetables. I have minced chicken, but you can take any.
Fry until tender, stirring occasionally. At the end, salt and add black pepper.
I rub melted cheese on a coarse grater directly into the hot meat filling. The curd will melt and turn into a cheese sauce.
I cut off a thick part from each leaf.
And I'll walk a little with a hammer so that this part becomes softer and the filling can be wrapped in the sheet.
I spread the delicious filling on the leaves and wrap it in tubes.
I put the pan to warm up. I drive two eggs into a small bowl, add a little salt and shake with a fork.
I dip the tubes into the egg and put them seam down on the frying pan.
I fry until golden brown. Inside, the filling is ready, just enough for the egg to grab. I brown it on all sides.
Delicious hot and even cold. Juicy meat filling with delicate cheese sauce, soft cabbage fried in an egg. Try to cook!
