Recently, our friend went to study visceral massage to A.T. Ogulov. and there he learned that in the body guess which organ is the "king" of everything? It's the gallbladder!
If it is in order (no bends in the duct, etc.), then all other systems will work harmoniously. Bile burns out everything unnecessary in its path (not a single sore will stick!) And cleans out the small and large intestines, and kills the larvae of parasites, and ferments fats, balances the nervous system... But the majority, due to the immobile lifestyle and fatty-fried food, have constant stagnation of bile (hence irritability, constipation and everything along the chain... Therefore, they are called "bile people").
By the way, I.M. Sechenov, when he conducted his experiments, drank a glass of water with cholera in public and he had nothing! Because, he knew that his ZhP was in full "health" this vital organ).
The yellow color of the plant suggests that it most likely has a choleretic property (chamomile flowers, as well as bright red and yellow marigold flowers, dandelion flowers, mustard, etc.)
We use both calendula and dandelions, and today we will "indulge" in chamomile infusion.
Ingredients:
1. Pharmacy chamomile - 7-10 flowers
2. Mineral water - half a glass ("Yessentuki 4" or another, you can without it)
3. Water - half a glass
Preparation
We take chamomile flowers (it is desirable that the collection was this year, otherwise they will be slipped into the "old Popova's dog"), pour the flowers into a jar, fill with hot water, cover with a lid and leave overnight.
In the morning, water-activated flowers are poured into a blender container, twisted for about a minute, filtered through strainer, add hot mineral water and you're done (this chamomile infusion is drunk before or after meals for necessary).
Sunny day, friends! ("One chamomile, two chamomile... Hop!)
