Today I am preparing a flaky aromatic yummy from the simplest products! I cooked instead of bread, but it turned out to be so tasty that they ate it like a cake with tea :)
Sift 400 grams of flour. I add salt and mix.
I pour in 200 ml of cold water.
I knead the dough. Mix a little and add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
And I continue to knead. The dough should be smooth, soft and not sticky to your hands.
When the dough has gathered in one ball, I go to the table and knead well for about five minutes.
Put the dough in a bag and let it rest for 20 minutes.
I roll the dough into a rectangle, grease half with vegetable oil.
I fold the dough in half. And I will stretch the already folded dough.
I begin to stretch the dough with my hands.
I grease it on top with vegetable oil again.
And I easily stretch the dough all over the table.
Salt two very thinly chopped onions and remember with my hands in a bowl to soften the onion (then it will quickly and completely bake).
I distribute onion and finely chopped greens over the surface of the dough, I have cilantro.
I wrap the dough in a loose roll.
I put it on a baking sheet on a silicone mat. Grease on top with vegetable oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
I send it to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 15-20 minutes.
Very flaky, crispy on top, fragrant contraption :) You will be surprised how delicious it is!
