Today I make very simple and quick buns. Vanilla, aromatic, very tasty. Look nice and festive on the table!
I add one egg to a pack of cottage cheese.
I add half a tablespoon of sugar, a little vanilla sugar.
Mix well with a fork.
I roll out one layer of puff yeast-free dough with a rolling pin.
I distribute the curd filling.
Sprinkle with raisins on top.
I wrap the dough with filling in a roll.
I cut the roll into 8 pieces.
So that the buns do not crawl after baking, they retain their shape, I made such molds from baking paper. The seams were connected with an ordinary stapler.
I put the rolls inside the molds.
I send it to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30 minutes.
Pour melted white chocolate on top of the finished buns. I put the chocolate in a bag and dipped it in hot water. Wait a minute and the chocolate will melt.
Sprinkle candied fruits on top.
The buns look beautiful when cut.
