Delicious and quick meat pies! This is a tender potato, squash "dough" and juicy meat filling inside! I used beef as a filling for the whites, but pork, chicken, turkey are also suitable. And finally, we will make little sausage pies!
Zucchini pies with meat:
I rub the zucchini on a coarse grater. Salt, mix and leave for 15 minutes. Zucchini will give juice during this time.
I put the zucchini in a colander and squeeze it out of excess liquid.
I drive one medium-sized egg into the zucchini. I stir it.
I add 1 tablespoon of semolina. She will take away excess moisture.
I add 2 tablespoons of flour. I stir it.
I take minced beef (you can take whatever you like), salt and pepper. I knead it thoroughly with my hands.
I roll small balls from minced meat.
From zucchini dough, I form balls a little larger than meat ones.
I put meat balls into the dough.
I warm up the pan well, pour in the vegetable oil. First I fry the pies with the meat filling down.
As they are browned, turn over and cover with a lid. I fry until tender. Done!
Potato pies with meat
I have mashed potatoes from yesterday.
I drive in 1 large egg. I stir it.
I add 3 tablespoons of flour.
I roll potato balls with my hands, roll them in flour. I put the meat balls into the potato dough.
I fry the pies with the filling down again.
Then I make the fire quieter, turn over the pies and cover with a lid, bring it to readiness.

Potato patties with sausage
From potato dough I make small balls the size of a walnut. Roll it in flour.
I cut the sausage into circles.
And I put the sausages in the dough.
And again I fry on both sides. I begin to fry the filling down.
