Today I cook not an ordinary, very tasty, soft, aromatic cake. With a crispy top and delicious filling inside.
The oven can be set to heat up to 180 degrees, and in the meantime I will do the dough. The dough will be curd, very tasty. I add 2 eggs and 120 grams of sugar to a pack of cottage cheese 180 g.
For flavor, add a little vanillin and mix well with a whisk.
I add 70 g of butter. I took the oil out of the refrigerator in advance and it melted. Mix well again with a whisk.
In 250 grams of flour, I add 1 teaspoon with a decent top of the baking powder.
I add flour and baking powder to the liquid ingredients. I quickly knead the dough with a spatula, no need to knead for a long time.
Baking powder begins to act in a liquid medium. Once all the ingredients are combined, that's enough. At the end I stir my hands a little.
The dough will be sticky to your hands, quite sticky. You don't need to add more flour.
I cover the table with cling film, for fidelity I grease the film with vegetable or butter. This will prevent the dough from sticking.
I put the whole dough on a film. With my hands dipped in vegetable oil, I form an elongated rectangle of about 15x50 cm. I will have one large Easter cake, but it is quite possible to make 2 small ones, so they will bake faster.
Sprinkle the dough rectangle with your favorite fillings. I chose finely chopped chocolate, walnuts and halva.
Lightly press the filling onto the dough.
Helping myself with a film, I wrap a roll.
The dough is very pliable, the roll can be squeezed along the height of the mold.
I send the cake to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 1-1.2 hours. I have a big cake. If the cake quickly gilded on top, I will cover it with foil on top. I must check the readiness for a dry toothpick.

I decorate with powdered sugar.
