It is from us, the housewives and keepers of the hearth, from our approach to the choice of products, from what we prepare and serve to the table what the family will eat.

You can speak thousands of times about the need for proper, healthy nutrition to your family and friends, or you can show it by example.

Every day, when preparing food using certain products, you and I make choices that affect the health of our family.

It is in our power to think in advance about your children and not teach from an early age to daily unhealthy, fatty and high-calorie foods.

It is in our power to gradually change the nutrition of our relatives for the better, to make it more balanced and healthy.

We can gradually, slowly and imperceptibly make small changes to our favorite dishes, making them less fatty and less nutritious.

Our health and the health of our family depend on what we put on our plates. Let's keep this in mind and then the chance of being overweight will be minimal.

And if the problem of excess weight already exists, then the most comfortable, tasty way to get rid of it without any problems with well-being is to control nutrition by counting calories and BJU.

I went through a lot of children and ways to lose weight, but I only gained extra pounds, without thinking about the importance of calories in food, and even more so a balanced diet.

But everything has changed thanks to the control of KBZHU, and for more than 1.5 years now I have been keeping my weight comfortable.

By tradition, I will show my menu on the basis of KBZHU.

For breakfast, a curd casserole (220 g), which I cooked last night, with 20 g of apricot jam. And also coffee with milk (50 g) and syrup (20 g).

Breakfast 570 kcal.

In a reminder of recipes today, there are hot dishes that are worthy of being eaten on holidays: chicken based on chkmeruli and chicken roll with cheese, tomatoes and spinach:

For a snack I have a banana (120 g) and 30 g of nuts, which I have stretched out for the whole day. Banana and nuts - 300 kcal.

Do not forget that we take into account the weight of the banana without the skin.

For dinner, chicken broth was cooked (on the drumstick, 380 g), to which 70 g of boiled vermicelli was added. In addition, I ate 120 g of cucumber.

Lunch at 295 kcal.

For dinner, 180 g of pancakes with meat and 30 g of sour cream 20% - 445 kcal.

The result of the day is 1610 kcal. B - 103, F - 80, U - 120.

And I remind you that at your request, we will hold the final checkweighing in 2021 on December 30.

Let's sum up the results, leave the entire excess already dropped in 2021, and in 2022 we will only improve our results.
