Fast, tasty, simple (when guests are on the doorstep😊👌💯)🏵️🏵️🏵️🏵️🏵️
Ingredients: flour (1.5 tbsp - 250 volume), cocoa (2 tbsp with a slide, less can be), baking powder (1 sachet or 1 tbsp), sugar (5-6 tbsp. l with a slide), vegetable oil (7-10 tbsp. l, depends on the size of the spoon), warm water (1 + 1/5 st - 250 volume), Impregnation:, milk + 15 gr cocoa, Glaze:, cream (I have 10%), chocolate, nuts
Cooking method:
Mix dry ingredients, add oil, stir, then add warm water and stir so that there are no lumps. The dough is ready!
Pour the dough into a mold (I took a glass one) and put it in the microwave for 6-7 minutes with a power of 800-900 W or in the oven at 180 * 35-40 minutes.
I tried it in the microwave, at a lower power, for about 8-10 minutes, each time checking how it was baked.
Let cool and make holes all over the pie, through and through.
While baking, make the impregnation. Mix milk with cocoa and boil a little not to a boil, cool and pour over the finished pie.
Melt the chocolate with cream in a water bath so that it is not thick, you can add nuts to the icing or on top.
Nuts (I had raw peanuts) fry a little in a dry frying pan and grind in a blender.
When the impregnation is absorbed, on top - glaze and in the cold.
Bon Appetit!!!
