Chicken and tomato salad will certainly be appreciated by adherents of proper nutrition and those who are for a healthy lifestyle. It is light, low in calories, and healthy. It is simple and pleasant to cook, and its appearance will delight even the most sophisticated gourmet.
These salads can be easily eaten on workout days aimed at reducing muscle mass, and they are also great for a diet to maintain or lose body weight.
Ingredients:
Boiled chicken fillet - 100 g
Cucumber - 1 pc.
Cherry tomatoes - 4 pcs.
Onions - 20 g
Lettuce salad - 30 g
Hard cheese - 20 g
Salt to taste
Ch.m. pepper - taste
Olive oil - 1 tsp
Red wine vinegar - 1 tsp
Preparation:
1. Prepare all the necessary foods from the list. Skinless chicken fillet is best for this salad. Boil the meat beforehand, keeping it on the stove for no longer than 15 minutes in lightly salted water, cool. If desired, you can add bay leaf and peppercorns - a mixture is better.
2. Wash the lettuce under running water to remove the sand, dry it with paper towels, tear it with your hands, put it on a serving dish.
3. Cut the cooled boiled chicken fillet into thin slices, no more than 3 millimeters thick. Place the meat on a lettuce along with thinly sliced fresh cucumber. If you wish, you can peel the vegetable, but this is not necessary.
4. Cut the white salad sweet onion into rings and the cherry tomatoes into quarters. Place vegetables on top of a serving platter.
5. Now sprinkle lightly on the salad with good quality olive oil, red wine vinegar and a little salt and pepper. Sprinkle with grated delicious hard cheese on top.
6. Salad with chicken, cherry tomatoes and cucumbers is ready.
Serve immediately after cooking, as long as all the ingredients are fresh.
