Prepare young cabbage salad in season. She has tender, moisture-filled and brightly colored leaves. This is not suitable for pickling and pickling, but fresh or boiled - that's what you need! In addition, it can be replaced or combined with Peking, red, Iceberg lettuce.

To keep the heap fresh until serving, shape the dish according to the principle of American cobb. In them, the slicing is not mixed, but laid out in separate segments. It comes out neat, contrasting and attractive.

Ingredients:

White cabbage - 300 g

Chicken fillet - 300 g

Fresh cucumber - 100 g

Soy sauce - 30 ml

White bread - 2 slices

Sunflower oil - 30 ml

Garlic - 1 tooth

Salt, black pepper, herbs - to taste

Step by step recipe:

Step 1 - Take the groceries on the list.

Step 2 - The tastier the poultry is cooked, the more appetizing the mix itself. It is convenient to fry the chicken meat in advance, cool it, dry the bread crumbs and chop the cabbage and collect the whole salad before the immediate feast. We clean the fillet from films and fat layers, cut into medium-sized cubes.

Step 3 - Warm up the pan, pour vegetable oil with a neutral aroma on a hot surface of any kind - after 30 seconds, when the fat begins to crackle from a drop of water, load meat. We keep for 3-5 minutes at a high temperature. Lightly brown and add the soy sauce. Stir and, reducing the heat, simmer for the next 7-10 minutes. If the soy sauce is high in salt, no additional salt is needed. If it's low, throw in a pinch of salt. Remove from stove and season with ground black pepper. Put the meat on a plate and cool. Pour the resulting dark and deliciously smelling liquid into a gravy boat (!) - serve next to it and pour it over the salad.

Step 4 - Cut off the crusts of bread slices, divide the crumb into cubes - dry the plates in the oven or on an overhead fire with a drop of vegetable oil and a crushed garlic clove.

Step 5 - Chop the clean cabbage with thin strips with a knife or on a shredder.

Step 6 - For juiciness and freshness, add the cucumber - chop, for example, with slices. Tear off the parsley leaves. Mix with salt and pepper.

Step 7 - First we transfer the vegetable mixture into a volumetric bowl, leave glossy pieces of meat in the center, and croutons around the circumference. Serve the salad with cabbage and chicken breast along with soy dressing.
