Lunch in many families simply cannot be imagined without a piece of baked or fried meat, and if you need to spend a lot of time on baking, then you can fry it in a matter of minutes, especially beef.

The easiest and, indeed, fastest way to cook beef chops in a pan. Unlike pork or chicken, which must be fried until cooked, with beef this it is not necessary to do it, good quality meat will literally be enough for one minute with each sides.

Ingredients:

Beef - 500 g

Chicken egg - 1 pc.

Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.

Wheat flour - 3 tbsp.

Sea salt - to taste

Ch.m. pepper - taste

Preparation:

1. Prepare foods from the list. Wash the meat under running water, pat dry with paper towels, cut into three equal portions, always across the grain.

2. The first thing I do is whisk a homemade chicken egg and put it along with the flour next to the stove and frying pan where the chops will cook.

3. The most delicious chops are obtained from the thick rim of beef, the so-called entrecote, which has small splashes of fat, but it will also be delicious from the tenderloin or loin. Place the meat in a thick food bag on a cutting board, preferably a wooden one, and gently beat with a special chop hammer.

4. Now each piece of beef that has been beaten off must be seasoned with salt and pepper to taste. Entrecote has its own unique beef taste, so we will not fill it with spices, we use only pepper and salt.

5. Next, the meat should be breaded in flour and rolled in a beaten egg.

6. Heat refined odorless vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the meat pieces in it, fry for 1 minute on both sides. After each chop, the oil will have to be changed as it gets dark. Place the cooked meat on paper towels to remove excess fat.

7. The chops are ready.

You can serve beef chops with anything - it will be very tasty with any side dish, salad or homemade pickles. You can also make sandwiches with them, they will be much tastier and healthier than with sausage.
