Chicken Vegetable Stew is an easy-to-make, delicious homemade lunch or dinner. In addition, this is a hearty, full-fledged dish that includes all the products the body needs at once - meat and vegetables. Try this stew and treat your family!

Ingredients:

Chicken wings - 200 g

Potatoes - 200 g

Onions -50 g

Carrots - 50 g

Eggplant - 150 g

Zucchini - 150 g

Bulgarian pepper - 100 g

Hot pepper - to taste

Garlic - 1-2 cloves

Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.

Parsley - 3 sprigs

Salt to taste

Ch.m. pepper - taste

Preparation:

1. Prepare foods from the list. Wash chicken wings under running water, pat dry with paper towels. Peel the onions and carrots from the husks and peels, also wash with other vegetables, dry them without fail.

2. Cut the wings at the joints into equal parts, heat refined vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the chicken pieces in it. Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes each.

3. If you use young potatoes in the preparation of this dish, you do not need to peel them, just wash them under running water with a hard kitchen sponge. Cut the tubers into wedges, place in a pan with chicken, turn the heat down and cook until golden brown for 3-4 minutes.

4. Then you need to cut the carrots into thin slices, send them to the pan and cook everything together for another 2-3 minutes.

5. It is better to cut onions in half rings, add to the rest of the ingredients and cook for another 2-3 minutes, but not longer, it should become soft and slightly golden.

6. We also cut the zucchini and eggplant into thin slices, the bell pepper - into a small cube, add everything together into the pan. Add some water, mix the ingredients and simmer over low heat under a lid for 5-7 minutes.

7. Finely chop the hot pepper (without seeds), chop the clove of garlic in any convenient way. Add everything to the pan, pepper and salt the dish to taste, mix and simmer for another 3-4 minutes.

8. That's all, the vegetable stew with chicken is ready.

9. Place in portions and serve. A spoonful of sour cream will come in handy.
