Making tomato sauce is very simple. If the tomatoes are homemade, fleshy, sweet and tasty, the sauce will be appropriate.
For cooking, we will use several types of tomatoes, but you can do with one, the main thing is delicious. Add some sweet pepper and garlic to them, be sure to tomato paste - it will give the dish a more intense appearance. I like the sweetness in sauces, especially when it intersects with the piquancy of garlic and the sourness of tomatoes.
You can serve the sauce with any dishes, it is especially good with meat, potatoes, it will be delicious with pasta, cereals, etc.
Ingredients:
Tomatoes - 300 g
Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
Garlic - 3 cloves
Tomato paste - 1 tbsp
Salt - 0.5 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Ground black pepper - 2 pinches
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Description of the cooking process:
1. Prepare all the required ingredients according to the list. Pick up tomatoes of different varieties.
2. Wash the tomatoes well, cut out the place where the stalk grows. Then cut them into small slices or other arbitrary pieces - as you like best, the main thing is that they fit in a blender bowl or meat grinder.
3. Grind the tomatoes into a homogeneous puree using a blender, if not, use a meat grinder with a fine grid.
4. Then put peeled and randomly chopped bell peppers and chives into a bowl. Grind everything until smooth. Add some chili if desired if you like hot sauces.
5. Combine the tomato mass and the pepper-garlic mass in a saucepan.
6. Add tomato paste, the best option would be homemade tomato, which is made from tomatoes.
7. Move the stewpan over the fire and bring everything to a boil, if foam appears, remove it. Boil the ingredients for half an hour over low heat.
8. After the specified time, add salt, granulated sugar, ground pepper.
9. Add vegetable oil to the sauce and mix everything well, cook for another 5-7 minutes.
Be sure to take a sample, if the taste suits you completely - great. Be sure to cool the sauce and serve.
