Pork schnitzel is a German dish that has become a favorite all over the world. I know a few families who can't imagine their lunch or dinner without a delicious, juicy, crispy grill.

The most delicious schnitzel comes from homemade bread crumbs. Be sure to cook them yourself, especially since it does not take much time. Just take a piece of stale white bread, dry it heavily in the oven and punch it into the crumb with a blender.

An ideal side dish for pork schnitzel is mashed potatoes, but with rice or pasta it will also be very tasty.

Ingredients:

Pork loin - 150 g

Chicken egg - 1 pc.

Bread crumbs - 4 tablespoons

Flour - 3 tablespoons

Salt to taste

Ch.m. pepper - taste

Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.

Preparation:

1. The most delicious schnitzel is obtained from pork tenderloin or escalope. It will also come out ideal from the loin, from which we will cook it today. Be sure to wash the meat under running water, dry it with a paper towel, cut a piece 1.5 centimeters thick.

2. Put the pork loin in a thick food bag, beat off thinly with a kitchen hammer. The thinner the beaten meat, the better - it will cook faster.

3. Pepper and salt the beaten pork, thoroughly bread in flour from all sides. There is an option in which spices are added to the flour, but I prefer to salt and pepper the meat itself.

4. Beat the chicken egg with a whisk in a deep bowl until smooth.

5. Now the piece of meat breaded in flour must be well dipped in a beaten egg so that it covers the pork on all sides, otherwise the crackers will not hold.

6. The last step is to thoroughly roll the pork in breadcrumbs.

7. Heat unscented vegetable refined oil in a frying pan, put the schnitzel in it, fry until tender and golden brown, 3 minutes on each side will be enough.

8. Put the finished schnitzel on paper towels to remove excess oil.

Prepare your favorite side dish and fresh vegetable salad, and serve the grilled pork schnitzel at the table.
