Baked zucchini boats with minced meat are one of the most favorite dishes in our family, which always turns out to be juicy and incredibly tasty, hearty and complete lunch or dinner.

Zucchini should be used not late, but young, which have a soft and delicate structure, even slightly sweet to taste. If you are a fan of squash dishes, you will certainly love the result.

I propose to make the minced meat yourself, focusing on your taste preferences - you can not choose only pork, as in my version, but also more dietary meat - turkey or chicken, steam veal.

You can serve stuffed boats to the table just like that, or add homemade pickles or fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, herbs to them.

Ingredients:

Large zucchini - 1 pc.

Pork - 250 g

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Garlic - 2 cloves

Hard cheese - 60 g

Tomatoes - 2-3 pcs.

Sour cream - 2 tbsp.

Salt, pepper - to taste

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Description of the cooking process:

1. Prepare all the required ingredients according to the list. You can choose any meat or immediately purchase ready-made minced meat in the store.

2. It is better to choose pork with a fat layer so that the result comes out more juicy. It must be rinsed and wiped dry, cut. Peel and rinse the onion, choose a fairly large head. Cut arbitrarily.

3. Grind meat and onions in a blender bowl or mince in a meat grinder, in the process toss a couple of peeled chives.

4. Transfer the prepared minced meat to a bowl, season with salt and ground black pepper, if desired, add a variety of spices to your taste. Mix thoroughly.

5. Prepare the zucchini - wash and dry, cut lengthwise into two halves. The inside must be scraped out with a sharp tip of a teaspoon or dessert spoon.

6. Fill the courgette boats with cooked delicious minced meat. At this stage, the oven should be preheated to 180 degrees.

7. Brush each half of the zucchini with sour cream, you can also use mayonnaise. Take not very large tomatoes, rinse and dry, cut into slices. Lay out over the boats.

8. Place the halves in an oiled dish, cover with grated hard cheese on top and send to the oven.

9. Bake the squash boats for about 30-40 minutes, then serve immediately to the table.
