I like cutlets with buckwheat and minced meat for their simplicity of preparation, their unique taste and the fact that they can be served as an independent dish, all that remains is to prepare a salad of fresh vegetables. But the most important thing is that all the kids adore these cutlets, so you can safely cook them to your own fussy.
Ingredients:
Minced chicken - 400 g
Buckwheat - 1 incomplete glass
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Salt to taste
Ch.m. pepper - taste
Vegetable oil - 4 tablespoons
Preparation:
1. Prepare foods from the list. Minced chicken fillet is best suited, with it the cutlets will be cooked in a matter of minutes. Peel, wash, dry onions and carrots with a paper towel.
2. Measure out an incomplete glass of buckwheat (see. Photo). Wash it several times under running water, transfer to a saucepan or cauldron, fill with clean water in a ratio of 1 to 2, add a little salt and cook under a lid over low heat for 15 minutes, or until fully cooked and boiled water, depending on the variety cereals.
3. Heat refined vegetable oil in a frying pan, put onion, cut into small cubes, fry for 3-4 minutes, until soft and slightly golden.
4. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, add to the pan to the onion and cook for another 3 minutes. Cool slightly fried vegetables.
5. Place the minced chicken fillet and cooled vegetables in a convenient deep bowl.
6. By this time, buckwheat should have been cooked. Cool it down, loosen it with a fork, add to the minced meat with vegetables.
7. Now beat in a large raw chicken egg, salt and pepper to taste.
8. Knead the minced meat thoroughly until smooth, let it stand for a couple of minutes before cooking.
9. Heat unscented refined vegetable oil in a skillet. Form balls of the desired shape and size with wet hands, place them in a skillet and fry over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side. Put the finished cutlets on paper towels to remove excess oil.
That's all, serve buckwheat cutlets with minced chicken. Next to them, you can put a bowl with your favorite sauce - tomato and cheese are perfect.
