Fried zucchini with garlic and mayonnaise - a dish that many people cooked as a child - a recipe for a long time exists, but no one even tries to remake it, since the result is always very, very tasty, add absolutely nothing.

Unless, as an option, for those who do not consume mayonnaise - you can use sour cream or Greek yogurt. Among other things, you cannot do without juicy ripe tomatoes, they complement the dish and make the taste completely harmonious and collected.

Zucchini can be served to the table as a festive snack, but they are also good in a daily diet with boiled young potatoes or meat / poultry, but you can also just eat them with a bite with a slice of crispy fresh bread.

Well, the process is very simple, so I sincerely hope that many people will like it.

Ingredients:

Young zucchini - 300 g

Tomatoes - 2 pcs.

Fresh dill - 5 g

Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons

Salt, pepper - to taste

Wheat flour - 3 tbsp.

Garlic - 2 cloves

Vegetable oil - 40 ml.

Step by step description of cooking:

1. Medium-sized young squash - rinse and pat dry with paper kitchen towels. Cut into circles, the thickness should be medium, so that they have time to cook completely during the frying process.

2. Now you need to unload all the zucchini blanks into a clean plastic bag, throw a little there wheat flour, tie and shake well several times so that each zucchini circle is covered flour. This method will allow you not to wash unnecessary dishes and save a little time. In parallel, heat the largest pan on the stove.

3. Fry zucchini in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown. If you have several large pans - great, this way you can prepare this dish very quickly.

4. So, fry all the prepared zucchini, then remove the excess oil with kitchen paper towels.

5. Prepare a spread - in a small bowl combine mayonnaise, chopped pure dill and garlic skipped on a press. Season everything with a pinch of ground pepper, add salt to taste. Stir and remove the sample, if necessary, adjust the taste.

6. Grease each ruddy zucchini with a small amount of spread.

7. Rinse and dry juicy ripe tomatoes, remove the place of growth of the stalk, cut into small pieces. Place tomato slices on mayonnaise.

8. Decorate everything with herbs and serve immediately.
