INGREDIENTS
Water -480 ml.
-480gr flour.
Yeast raw -14gr.
Egg 1pc.
Sugar - 1,5st.l (17gr).
-1 teaspoon salt (9gr)
Vegetable oil - for frying
Buttermilk cream dessert with strawberries - 1 jar
COOKING METHOD
The bowl is poured in 480 ml of warm water, add 1 tsp salt, 1.5 tablespoons sugar, put 14 grams of raw yeast.
Mix 1 egg and break.
Add 480 grams of sifted flour.
Stir and leave in a warm place for 1 hour for recovery.
Now the dough is mixed and left for 1 hour more.
The second time the dough should rise faster and increase in the amount of about 2 times.
The dough is ready, proceed to the frying.
Pan with vegetable oil lubricates brush and spoon put dough to dough well departing from the spoon, it can be moistened every time in cold water.
Fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
