Therefore, I suggest baking a pike with potatoes with mayonnaise or sour cream. If you follow the right diet, the calorie content of a dish cooked with sour cream will be even less and will be only 78 kcal. The taste will be different, but it will be equally satisfying and juicy. Potatoes and fish have a delicate creamy taste. A great addition to them would be a fresh vegetable salad.
Ingredients
Pike - 1 pc.
Potatoes - 700 g
Carrots - 1 pc.
Bulb onions - 2 pcs.
Mayonnaise - 4 tablespoons
Vegetable oil - 1 tsp
Provencal herbs - 1 tsp

Step by step recipe:
Step 1 - Prepare products according to the list. By the way, any river fish is suitable for this dish.
Step 2 - I already have a peeled and gutted pike. If yours is not so, then we wash the fish well, cut off the head and tail - we use them to make delicious fish soup or fish soup. Cut the carcass into pieces of the same thickness.
Step 3 - Put the fish pieces in a bowl, combine with mayonnaise (2 tablespoons), pepper and salt to taste. Stir and set aside to marinate.
Step 4 - Cut the peeled onions into half rings.
Step 5 - Peel and rinse the potatoes and carrots. Cut into circles with a knife.
Step 6 - Place the potatoes, onions and carrots in another bowl. Also combine with mayonnaise (2 tablespoons), salt and pepper to taste, mix.
Step 7 - Grease the baking dish with vegetable or butter. We spread the vegetables first, then the fish pieces on top. Optionally, you can bake pike with potatoes in pots or sleeve.
Step 8 - Tighten the form with foil, press the edges well for tightness, but do not press over the fish - we leave an air cushion.
Step 9 - We put the form in the oven, preheated to 180 * C. We bake the first 40 minutes with foil, then remove it and bake for another 10-15 minutes until the potatoes are golden brown.
Step 10 - Our pike with potatoes is ready. Serve the dish to the table hot, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs if desired.
