All the ingredients are inexpensive, but the salad is amazing!
As part of the salad, I use natural pink salmon in a jar. It is sold in all stores and costs around 60 rubles. (often promotions are held on it).
For cooking we need:
Jar of natural pink salmon
Cucumber - 1 small
Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
Cheese - 60 gr.
Peking cabbage - 200 gr.
For refueling:
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
0.5 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp lemon juice
Recipe:
1. Cut cucumber, peppers, tomatoes, Chinese cabbage into squares or in any way convenient for you and transfer to a deep bowl.
2. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
3. We divide the pink salmon into small pieces and send them to the vegetables. I don't use canned food. Well, or just a little bit you can add.
4. Prepare the dressing: mix olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice and oregano, stir.
5. We send the dressing to the salad, mix and you're done!
We shift the salad into a beautiful salad bowl and serve it to the table!
