A very simple recipe. Burn!

Ingredients:

0.5 kg minced

4 tbsp. l. sour cream

1 tbsp. l. tomato paste

egg

salt

pepper
vegetable oil

Preparation:

1. Minced knead hands, with salt and season with pepper.

2. Boil the rice until half.

3. Onions, peel and cut into small cubes.

6. Form of small minced meatballs or patties.

7. Grease the baking dish and put any oil in it hedgehogs.

8. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Bake for about 30 minutes hedgehogs.

9. Prepare the sauce. To do this, mix sour cream with tomato paste. Pour a little water.
Season with salt and pour the spices to taste.

Stir the sauce and pour into the baking tray to the hedgehogs.

10. Bake for another 30 minutes hedgehogs.

Serve hot with your favorite side dish.
