Today I want to offer you another interesting idea for a boring breakfast. Any filling can be done.
It turns out very unusual, satisfying, tasty, and even healthy. The advantages of such a breakfast are endless.
Let's start cooking.
I add eggs, salt, pepper to the oatmeal and mix. You can add Italian or Provencal herbs - it will be very aromatic.
I will prepare the vegetables: I will cut the pepper into plates.
I will cut the tomato into half rings.
Finely chop the herbs: I have parsley and dill.
Heat the frying pan with a little oil and spread the oat mixture. I level the pan over the entire area.
I cook literally 1 minute and spread the filling: tomatoes, peppers, green peas and herbs.
Close the lid and cook on low heat for 7 minutes. See how beautiful and bright the pizza is. Perfectly keeps its shape! How do you like this pizza?
