The recipe will be extremely useful and relevant for summer residents, gardeners and just fans of working in the ground when your garlic knocked out the arrow.

Ingredients:
1 kg young garlic arrows
5 tbsp. l. coarse salt
2 hours l. crushed black peppercorns (rolling pin)
3 hours l. mixtures of spices or seasonings for grilling or barbecue (for kebabs)
200 ml of refined vegetable oil
How to cook:
1. Young garlic arrows without coarse fibers, rinse, cut off the ends and mince 1-2 times. The grill is fine or medium.
2. Add salt, spices and pour in vegetable oil
3. Mix everything well. Arrange in small sterile jars.
Keep refrigerated. But since there is no vinegar or other preservative in it, you can use it for food until a plaque appears on top in the jar.
This happens rarely, since this seasoning is consumed quickly and leaves, as they say "with a bang!"
The seasoning from the arrows will turn out to be salty, so adding salt to the dish is no longer necessary.
And the second option is freezing. You can freeze the same seasoning in bags or tins, and then use it in winter. Or follow the recipe below.
How to freeze garlic arrowhead seasoning for future use
Everything is very simple here: Rinse the arrows, cut off the light tops and pass the arrows themselves through a meat grinder.
Place in a bag or plastic container and place in the freezer.
As needed, take out and add 1-3 tsp. l. in borscht, cabbage soup, sour cream sauces, marinades for chicken or pork.
