I cut the cucumber into thin strips. Can be grated for carrots in Korean.

Put it in a bowl, add a little hot red pepper, sugar, lemon juice and soy sauce. If you don't like soy sauce, just add salt to taste. Stir and leave for a few minutes.

At this time, I warm up the pan and fry the sesame seeds with mustard seeds. Within a minute approximately.

Then I add the vegetable oil and the sweet pepper cut into strips. I fry for another minute and remove from heat.
