Why don't we cook delicious, healthy, fluffy cottage cheese pancakes. It is this recipe that I propose to bring to life today. Everyone loves cottage cheese - from young to old. They are eaten both on a diet and on a PP, and they are also adored to be served in various institutions - from kindergartens to restaurants. Yes, cheese cakes are very popular. There are a lot of recipes for this simplest dish, the usual traditional version is closer to me - with semolina.
Ingredients:
Cottage cheese - 300 g
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Semolina - 1.5 tbsp.
Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
Salt - a pinch
Breadcrumbs - 1 tablespoon
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Description:
1. Prepare foods according to the list. If the curd is coarse, rub it through a sieve - as a result, the dish will be airy. Better to buy a fine-grained one - so almost uniform. Choose the fat content based on your preferences.
2. Take a deep container, put the cottage cheese into it and grind it with a fork.
3. Drive in one large chicken egg.
4. Add semolina right away - vary the amount a little, since it all depends on your cottage cheese - whether it is wet or dry.
5. Add a pinch of salt and granulated sugar.
6. Mix all ingredients thoroughly together. Leave the mass alone for 15 minutes so that it swells a little.
7. After a while, form small blanks from the curd dough, roll them in breadcrumbs.
8. Fry the cheese cakes in a non-stick frying pan, just barely oil it with a brush. Blush them on both sides for 7 minutes until a beautiful appetizing crust.
9. Lush cottage cheese pancakes with semolina are ready.
You can serve classic curd crumpets with various types of sauces, jams, syrups, etc. It's great to them fresh berries and fruits, a scoop of ice cream and a sprig of mint are suitable - any guests will like this dessert, even the most spoiled.
