It is better to serve potatoes to the table immediately after cooking, with fragrant chopped herbs.
Ingredients:
Potatoes - 4 pcs.
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Garlic - 1 clove
Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
Green beans - 120 g
Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
Salt, pepper - to taste
Paprika - 0.3 tsp
Water - 70 ml
Vegetable oil - 0.5 tbsp.
Cooking process:
1. Prepare all required ingredients.
2. Peel medium-sized potatoes, wash and pat dry with kitchen paper. Cut into fairly large pieces.
3. Peel the carrots, wash and dry. For this cooking option, it is better to chop the vegetables coarsely so that they are clearly felt in the finished dish. Cut the carrots into slices or slices, the thickness should be medium.
4. Choose a fleshy and aromatic sweet pepper. Remove seeds from it and cut out light-colored partitions. Rinse and cut into strips.
5. It is better to use juicy tomatoes so that during the cooking process they give out their juice to the maximum. Rinse them, remove the place of growth of the stalk. Peel and cut a large clove of garlic.
6. Prepare a deep frying pan, grease it with a thin layer of vegetable oil. Immerse all cooked vegetables in it, add water. Peel onions and cut into strips, toss with vegetables. Do not forget about the green beans, they also need to be added to all ingredients. Cover the pan with a lid and put on fire. Simmer vegetables for 20 minutes, at the end of cooking season with salt, pepper and ground paprika.
7. Arrange potatoes and vegetables on plates, serve.
