A delicious and immediately full-fledged dish - baked cutlets with potatoes in the oven - satisfying and not harmful, since everything turns out to be dietary. The recipe will use a minimum of oil, just to lubricate the mold.
Since we cook potatoes and cutlets together at once, you should take care of minced meat in advance, I suggest using chicken, but you can take pork, beef, or any other. It is better to cook it yourself, immediately skip the meat in a meat grinder with onions, garlic and other desired additives.
It is better to take potatoes young, they cook quickly and turn out to be especially tasty. Serving a ready-made dish to the table can only be in addition to fresh seasonal vegetables, aromatic herbs, if desired, you can add any sauce to your taste.
Ingredients:
Young potatoes - 5-6 pcs.
Minced chicken - 300 g
Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
Bulb onion - 1 pc.
Garlic - 2 cloves
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Sea salt, pepper - to taste
Greens - optional
Breadcrumbs - 4-5 tablespoons
Process description:
1. Prepare all required ingredients.
2. Add one chicken egg, a little sea salt and ground pepper to the minced meat. While preparing it, leave aside the loaf, potatoes and other flour additives, it is better to use only meat and onions with garlic. Knead the minced meat thoroughly and beat it several times to make it dense.
3. Form cutlets, size can be whatever you like. Roll in breadcrumbs.
4. Use a variety of young potatoes that will allow the potato bars to cook quickly. Wash the tubers with a stiff brush or peel, dry and cut into 5-6 slices.
5. Grease the oven dish with a little oil, then put the potato sticks and cutlets into it.
6. Disassemble the onion into plates, place them between the potatoes, and grind the bars with salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, seal the form with foil. Bake for about 40-45 minutes.
7. Arrange the dish on plates and serve.
