Delicious and incredibly simple potato dish - pancakes with cheese. It is very easy to cook them, even a schoolboy can handle it - rubbed all the products on a grater, mixed and fried - it is not easier and faster to come up with.

Potato pancakes can always be made with new interesting additives - spices, herbs, onions, garlic, meat products. Serve them to the table with your favorite sauce or sour cream, and a couple of juicy ripe tomatoes will also not be superfluous to the dish. Well, if you decide to please your family with delicious homemade potato pancakes for dinner, it's time to start.

Ingredients:

Potatoes - 2 pcs.

Hard cheese - 70 g

Chicken eggs - 1 pc.

Greens - 4 branches

Salt, pepper, paprika - to taste

Wheat flour - 1.5 tbsp.

Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.

Cooking process:

1. Prepare all the required ingredients according to the list. Choose a tasty potato, if you have no experience in this matter, ask the seller to suggest a variety for frying. Take cheese from a trusted manufacturer. Other additives can be selected to your liking.

2. Peel a few large potatoes, wash and dry. Grate the tubers on a medium, and best of all on a fine grater. The potato chips can be squeezed out a little if they are too watery. Grate hard cheese and add immediately to a bowl of potatoes.

3. You can choose fragrant greens to taste, if you like parsley - add it, it will turn out deliciously with fresh dill. Chop finely clean herbs and add to a bowl.

4. Then drive in one large chicken egg.

5. Stir the ingredients, season with salt, pepper, paprika or other spices. Pour in a spoonful of plain wheat flour to hold all the ingredients together, mix everything well again.

6. Fry the pancakes on both sides in an oiled skillet until golden brown. Wipe off excess oil with kitchen paper towels.

7. That's all, you can serve pancakes with cheese to the table.
