Rosehip has long been known for its beneficial properties. The berry contains vitamins (A, K, P, B), trace elements (manganese, calcium, chromium, iron), organic acids, essential oil, pectins.
Most often, infusions and decoctions are prepared from it. However, so that the product does not lose its beneficial properties, it is very important to brew the rose hips correctly - only in this case vitamins and microelements will be preserved in it.
To prepare the infusion, you need to grind the dried berries, transfer them to a thermos and pour boiling water over, leaving to infuse at least overnight. Proportions: 2 tbsp. dry berries in 500 ml of water. If you decide to prepare a decoction, take the same proportions, transfer the chopped berries to a saucepan, pour boiling water over and simmer for 15 minutes. After preparation, it is advisable to cover the container with the drink with a towel and leave for 10 minutes.
To do hastily broth, when there is no time at all, you need to add 2 tsp to your morning tea. chopped fruits.
There is another option: finely chop the fruits in a meat grinder, boil a small handful in 300 ml of water for 20 minutes over low heat, filter through cheesecloth. Take such a decoction twice a day, 100 ml.
However, remember that no matter how useful the rosehip broth is, it does not need to be taken more than twice a day (more than one 200 ml glass). In the opposite case, the enamel of the teeth may suffer, as a result of which they begin to deteriorate, and caries may appear. And in order to reduce the risk of damage to tooth enamel, it is recommended to drink rosehip decoction through a straw.
