Here I talk about how my weight loss went (and it took place almost online in front of regular readers). Besides,
here I share my experience of losing weight and recipes for dishes that are included in my diet.
This channel has already turned into a small community of people supporting each other, going to harmony on tasty, comfortable and, most importantly, balanced nutrition.
As an example of nutrition by counting calories, I will give my diet.
It must be understood that the calorie rate is individual and depends on many factors.
I cite my menu just as an example, to clearly show that you can lose weight and maintain weight comfortably and tasty eating, and not starving on vegetables or buckwheat.

For breakfast I made a cheese cake, increasing the ingredients a little, relative to the recipe. And she grated the cheese and mixed it with the dough, and did not add it to the filling.
I used 100 g of cottage cheese, an egg, 25 g of rice whole grain flour and 35 g of mozzarella per serving.
I got breakfast for 440 kcal.
After such a hearty breakfast, I didn't feel like eating for a long time and had a snack with an apple (220 g) - 105 kcal.
For several days I am in such a mood that I donโt want to come up with what to cook, so that itโs enough for a few days, somehow my fantasy doesnโt work yet. While I can afford to cook almost every day - I cook and act according to the situation.
For lunch I wanted pasta with mushrooms in a creamy sauce - dishes are prepared in half an hour maximum. While the pasta is boiling, I fry the mushrooms with spices, add yogurt, cheese and then the pasta.
A portion in which 50 g pasta (dry pasta weight), 200 g champignons, 35 g mozzarella cheese, 50 g yogurt came out on 365 kcal.
For dinner, I have a salad with squid, pickled cucumbers and frying, which I seasoned with 50 g of natural yogurt.
And I ate another 50 g of yogurt with fiber.
A portion of salad (200 g) and yogurt with fiber turned out to be 295 kcal.
And there were free calories for the evening. I can afford a delicious tea.
And I chose 30 g of dried mango and 30 g of cashew nuts - 290 kcal.
The result of my day is 1495 kcal. B - 105, F - 58, U - 131. I observe the drinking regime, in addition to controlling nutrition.
I would like to talk to you about high expectations.
For the most part, we gorge on excess weight for a long, very long time. But as far as weight loss is concerned, then give us an instant result. We donโt want to wait, we donโt want to understand our body and give it a chance to get rid of fat without harming our health.
How often do I read: "I am losing weight slowly", "the weight does not go away, what to do".
When we gained weight, we didn't ask ourselves what to do, we enjoyed the buns.
You start to figure out how slowly the weight goes away, how many weeks or months the weight stands still - it often turns out that losing 3 kilograms a month is not enough for you. And the weight has already cost you whole two days - there was a plumb line of 100 g and for 2 days there are no plumb lines at all. And it begins - nothing helps me, this is not my method, and so on.
Let's prioritize. If you don't care about your health, go for it.
A sane person will never give a damn about his health and will not rush. A sane person should understand that losing weight is not a linear process, and clearly every day there can be no minus a few grams. In our body, there are a huge number of processes that affect weight (numbers on the scales).
If you weigh yourself every day and wait for plumb lines every day, you can only earn stress for yourself, because you cannot see plumb lines every day.
To get rid of 2-3 kilograms in a month with a weight of 80-90 kg is gorgeous and will not harm!
Don't expect instant results - this only happens in fairy tales.
