The taste varies with the selected bread, cheese, ripeness of tomatoes. Improvise as desired using rye, wheat, bran, or other bread slices. Ingredients:

White bread (roll) - 3 pcs.

Hard cheese - 100 g

Tomatoes - 3 pcs.

Aioli sauce - 3 tbsp l.

Dill - 30 g

Garlic - 1 tooth

Step by step recipe:

Step 1 - Take the minimum set of foods from the above list. If you need to feed the meat-eater, add bacon, ham or some sausage. For lovers of spicy cuisine, collect an appetizer with onions, chili, and a lot of garlic.

Step 2 - You can collect elementary sandwiches both on fresh bread or bun, and toasted or toasted. Preheat a skillet or oven and bring the bread slices to the desired charring level. If you fry, then in vegetable oil - remove excess fat with a paper napkin. Like Italian bruschetta, fry in olive oil, but only on one side. However, fresh, soft buns only from the bakery are delicious on their own. Cut into slices of a convenient size. Lubricate with a small portion of thick sauce (or mayonnaise, butter, curd cheese).

Step 3 - For a mouth-watering aroma and moderate pungency, grind about half of a garlic clove, spread over the spread. Add clean branches of young dill or other fragrant and favorite greens.
