Chicken and grape salad with the beautiful name "Tiffany" is gaining more and more popularity lately, and this is not surprising. It looks very beautiful, and the food tastes so well combined that even opponents of fruit in meat salads will eat it. Well, if you are planning a get-together with your girlfriends, be sure to prepare this salad with champagne or wine - they will certainly appreciate its taste and appearance.

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet - 200 g

Hard cheese - 70 g

Walnuts - 20 g

Chicken egg - 2 pcs.

Grapes - 100 g

Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons

Salt to taste

Ch.m. pepper - taste

Preparation:

1. Prepare foods from the list. The grapes must be green and preferably seedless. It is very convenient to use packaged mayonnaise, then you can very simply apply a thin mesh on any salad layer.

2. It is advisable to pre-boil the chicken in slightly salted water (no longer than 20 minutes) and cool. Eggs need to be boiled for 9-10 minutes after boiling, cooled in ice water, and peeled.

3. Place the serving ring on the platter. Grate one boiled egg on a fine grater, put it in the first layer, lightly brush with mayonnaise.

4. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, divide into two parts. Place one part of the chopped chicken breast on top of the egg, brush lightly with mayonnaise too, season with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Chop the walnuts with a knife, sprinkle them on the chicken layer.

6. We repeat the layers again - grated egg, chicken layer, nuts, grease each time with mayonnaise. If you like, you can put a grated green apple in the middle of the salad, it will also be very tasty and juicy.

7. Grate your favorite hard cheese on a fine grater, put it in the last layer, you no longer need to grease it with mayonnaise.

8. Cut the green grapes in half lengthwise, carefully place on top of the cheese. Try to put it very tightly, so the dish will look more beautiful.

Press down lightly with a kitchen spatula and gently remove the serving ring. Tiffany salad is ready. Garnish as you wish and serve right away - no long soaking time required as juicy grapes balance all flavors.
