Chicken in cream is a very easy to prepare and incredibly tasty dish. With a little culinary skills, you can cook it in 20 minutes maximum, because chicken is always cooked quickly. Serving chicken in a creamy sauce is best served with mashed potatoes, pasta or rice, although it will also be very tasty with buckwheat.

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet - 300 g

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Garlic - 1 clove

Cream 15% - 200 g

Salt to taste

Ch.m. pepper - taste

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Preparation:

1. Prepare foods from the list. Chicken fillet or breast is ideal for this dish. Be sure to remove the skin from the breast if you are using it. Wash the fillets under running water, pat dry with paper towels. Peel the onion, wash and dry it too.

2. Heat quite a bit of refined vegetable oil in a frying pan, put onion chopped in half rings into it. Fry for 3-4 minutes over low heat until soft.

3. Cut the chicken fillet into thin cubes, put in a frying pan with the onion and, in the same way, over low heat, cook for 3-4 minutes, it should turn white on all sides. With the back of a knife, crush a clove of garlic, add to the dish.

4. When the fillet turns white, pour in the cream. Ideally - with 10-15% fat, too heavy cream should not be spent on this dish - it is expensive, and there is no point.

5. Cook meat in cream for 5-7 minutes, no longer. During this time, they should thicken slightly, while the fillet slices remain juicy. Season the finished dish with salt and pepper to taste. Now you can catch and discard the garlic.

6. Chicken in a creamy sauce in a pan is ready.

7. Prepare your favorite side dish, top it with creamy sauce, top with chicken fillet slices and serve.
