Due to the condensed milk, the sweetness in the wafer dough is quite enough and there is no need to add sugar or honey. In addition, it is delicious to serve just baked corrugated "pancakes" with condensed milk as a sauce - such a dish has the right to become a favorite for breakfast.

Ingredients:

Condensed milk - 50 g

Egg - 1 pc.

Kefir - 100 ml

Flour - 100 g

Salt - 3 g

Vegetable oil - 30 ml

Step by step recipe:

Step 1 - To make waffles with condensed milk at home, take the products according to the list and, of course, you will need an assembly - a waffle iron. It instantly bakes dough of different composition. The main thing is to knead it to the consistency of thick sour cream. Feel free to replace kefir with milk, yogurt, water, juice, in fact, any liquid. Everything between the hot non-stick surfaces will blush. If you have in mind recipes for dough for pancakes, pancakes, thick pancakes - confidently use an electric waffle iron. Along the way, it is easy to adjust the nuances by increasing the portion of flour, or, conversely, pouring in additional liquid, seasoning with spices, introducing soda or baking powder for more airiness.

Step 2 - Whisk the condensed milk and egg in a working bowl. If desired, turn on the mixer, but shake vigorously with a fork or whisk until the protein, yolk and milk are combined.

Step 3 - Continuing fast circular motions, pour in kefir of any fat content (for some porosity you can add sifted baking soda or baking powder - pressed waffles alone are enough dense). Shade the sweet note with a pinch of salt.

Step 4 - Gradually, pour in wheat flour in parts - knead until smooth texture, uniformity. We remove all the lumps. Perhaps it will take less or a little more flour.

Step 5 - Lastly, add refined oil and stir again. I must say that waffles with condensed milk are good without fat. Eliminate this ingredient if desired.

Step 6 - Heat up the electric waffle iron, pour 2 tbsp into the center. l. dough, close - bake for a couple of minutes until a beautiful crust. To get dry crispy, cool the waffles without touching each other, then put them in a pile or in another way.

Step 7 - Serve waffles with condensed milk for breakfast, afternoon tea or another tea party.
