Even children will like noodle soup with chicken, and besides, it is so quick and easy to prepare that you will have time in 25 minutes to feed your relatives a full hot dish for lunch - this is when taking into account the addition of broiler meat birds. Homemade chicken takes at least 1.5 hours to cook, so when planning to use it, boil the meat in advance. By the way, an incredibly aromatic broth is obtained from poultry - use it to create a delicious hot one.
Vermicelli can be either from durum wheat, or instant - on request. They differ only in cooking time! Don't forget about fresh herbs, vegetables, and garlic if you like savory dishes.
Ingredients:
Chicken - 300 g
Potatoes - 2 pcs.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Onions - 1 pc.
Vermicelli - 80 g
Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
Greens - 0.5 bunch
Garlic - 1 clove
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Prepare the food you need.
When using broiler poultry meat, it can be placed in a container along with potatoes - the cooking time for both products is approximately the same.
Rinse the chicken in water, remove the veins / films, cut into portions. Peel potato tubers, rinse and cut out black dots from them, cut into medium cubes. Place the sliced chicken in a saucepan.
If making chicken fillet soup, add 1 tbsp. vegetable oil for the richness of the dish, since this part of the poultry contains practically no fat.
Add salt, ground black pepper, a couple of bay leaves. You can use other seasonings and spices to taste.
Pour water into the container, leaving a little space on top to boil so that the foam does not splash out. Place the saucepan on the stove with maximum heat and bring the contents to a boil. Then reduce heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes.
Peel carrots and onions, rinse in water, cut into small cubes and pour into boiling broth.
If you have stalk or leaf celery, add a little to the broth for a more flavorful soup.
Cook for another 5 minutes.
Add noodles - add durum wheat products 8 minutes before the end of cooking, instant products - 3 minutes.
Rinse and then chop fresh parsley or dill, add to a saucepan and stir gently, simmer for 1 minute. Press the peeled and washed clove of garlic into the soup, stir.
Taste it, if necessary adjust it with spices. Turn off the heat and let the dish simmer under the lid for about 2-3 minutes.
Pour the prepared hot dish into portioned deep plates, serve with bread, sour cream. You can buy or fry garlic croutons yourself.
