Step 1 - To make a melon smoothie at home, take the foods listed and also a blender. In the case of overripe melon melon pulp, easily mash with a fork, manual pusher for pureing. Moreover, the smoothie assumes a viscous consistency, if necessary - heterogeneity, fruit fragments, graininess. The more aromatic and ripe the variety turned out to be, the tastier the drink itself will be. If you exclude dairy and fermented milk additives, mix with water or ice. Often the melon pulp, cut into pieces, is frozen in the freezer before beating to obtain a very chilled cocktail with crushed icy melon fragments (for this option, no additional ice needed).

Step 2 - Cut the clean melon into several slices. We clean the inner part with seeds and filamentary fibers. Make proportions yourself. If you want a light smoothie with a subtle and unobtrusive smell - throw in just one slice. And when planning to get the most fragrant and thick drink, increase the amount of melon per serving.

Step 3 - Separate the shell, cut the pulp into fragments of any size - even large pieces are crushed under pressure. You can not stand on ceremony with cutting.

Step 4 - Launch the blender and grind until tender. Sometimes it is necessary to add liquid in small volumes at once, since the initial products were dry, not too juicy, dense. Melon is a different matter. Grinds without additional moisture instantly. Add kefir or milk / water / juice. Dilute to desired texture. It's easy to just shake it with a long skewer, straw or spoon.

Step 5 - We taste the melon cocktail, pour in natural honey and mix again.

Step 6 - Pour the melon smoothie into portioned dishes, decorate with fresh slices and a branch of mint - serve.
